Top Wrestling MVPs 2020

Hi guys, How crazy has 2020 has been? With everything going on in the world, it seems as if 2021 couldn't come any sooner. However, even with all of this negativity, I think it's vital to try and find some positives.  Despite conditions making it hard for the wrestling industry, many companies have thrived during the pandemic. In particular, some wrestlers have managed to make the best out of a bad situation and continue trying to put on shows for fans whether in person or through streaming sites.  To mark the end of another year, I'm back with my annual wrestling MVP list of the wrestlers who have stood out this year. Just a quick note, most of the stuff I've watched this year is Japanese wrestling (NJPW, DDT and TJPW)! Yuka Sakazaki 2020 has been a great year for in the sense that I've had the time to fully get into Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling. For me, it's something I regret not doing earlier because it is full of some amazing wrestlers from Miu, Miyu Yamashita

Hi guys, I feel like I say this every few months or so, but sorry for being slow on the content but I'm here now! So many wrestling news sites focus on men's wrestling. As a female wrestling fan and journalist, I am ashamed to say that I am one of those people. Because of my passion for New Japan Pro-Wrestling, I look at my blog and see a lack of female presence and articles - this is something I want to change!  As a woman in the industry (both as a journalist and a trainee), I want to make Wrestling Chatter a place that celebrates women in wrestling a lot more because how can I expect equality in the industry if I'm part of the problem. From now on, I am going to try my best to make sure that there is a lot more content on women in wrestling. Hopefully, it can make a small difference and help make people more aware of the amazing female talent there is across the world! So, without further ado, I thought I'd start by telling you who my top 5 female wrestlers are! Miyu

Hi guys, Welcome to another preview post from Wrestling Chatter aka Sonal aka yours truly... When EVIL betrayed Los Ingobernables de Japon and decided to join Bullet Club, a big question being thrown around was what was going to happen to the NEVER 6-man titles. EVIL said he didn't care about defending them and even Shingo Takagi had no idea. Earlier this week, New Japan announced an 8-team tournament for the NEVER 6-Man Openweight Tag Championship to deal with that! The tournament will take place at Korakuen Hall over three days and here is my preview of the first round matches and my predictions!  6th August Okada/ Yano/ SHO (CHAOS) v Yujiro/ Gedo/ Jado What I like about this first-round matchup is that there is some storyline consistency. After Okada and Yujiro's single match at Sengoku Lord, the Tokyo Pimp has made it clear that their feud is far from over and this is a nice continuation. There is also the fact that Jado and Gedo were OG Chaos members before they betrayed t
